97.9 XFM reported that he was arrested in Effingham, Illinois on Thursday after he was pulled over on I-70 for speeding. A strong odor of weed was detected by the trooper, who also found a small quantity in a backpack.
He's charged with driving under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding and driving on a suspended license. Bond set at a $20,000 (whoa). he is reportedly due in court on August 23rd.
