KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) The Chiefs have put tight end Kevin Boss on injured reserve after doctors determined they would not clear him to play this season following a head injury sustained in Week 2. Chiefs coach Romeo Crennel announced the move Wednesday, along with the signing of former Rams linebacker Bryan Kehl to provide some depth on defense. Boss signed a 9 million, three-year contract in the offseason to provide Kansas City with a versatile tight end for quarterback Matt Cassel, particularly with Tony Moeaki coming off a torn left ACL. Boss caught three passes for 65 yards and a touchdown before getting hurt at Buffalo. Crennel said he's comfortable with Moeaki's health and the depth at the position. Kansas City plays host to Baltimore on Sunday.

Chiefs need to show Dwayne Bowe the money

Kansas Chiefs wide receiver Dwayne Bowe is in the last year of his contract and the Chiefs have to pay da man. Fans getting restless over Cassel's slow start

"I'm not the type of player that looks over his shoulder," Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel said this week. In Kansas City and among Chiefs fans everywhere, he doesn't have to look over his shoulder to know they are angry and demanding his job. He can hear that, even if he doesn't watch TV or listen to sports talk radio. The 2012 season was the year where...

We might see Brady Quinn again, but can he revive his career?

Do you remember the 2007 NFL Draft when everyone drooled over the 6’3, 200 plus pound rock of a quarterback from Notre Dame? I do, I remember the hype of Quinn, especially when he put up more reps on the bench than some of the linebackers.  Well today, Coach Romeo Crennel left open the possibility of Brady Quinn getting in Sunday’s game against the Ravens. It sounds like Crennel...

Ravens travel to Kansas City for Week 5 Showdown with Chiefs

With a quarter-season now in the books, the Ravens sit at 3-1, right where any team wants to be after the first four game stretch of the regular season.  Some argue that without the bad offensive pass interference call on Jacoby Jones against the Eagles, the team would be 4-0.  However, we should also note that the poorly officiated Patriots game, in which the Ravens escaped by...
