When you are drafted with the first overall pick in the NFL draft there is going to be hype surrounding you. Andrew Luck is living up to that hype and exceeding it. On Sunday afternoon he showed just how good he is.Luck completed 30-48 passes for a rookie record 433 yards and two touchdowns as the Indianapolis Colts came from behind to defeat the Miami Dolphins. Luck out performed his rookie counterpart Ryan Tannehill as the surprising Colts moved to 5-3 on the season. With the game tied at 20 Adam Vinatieri kicked the go-ahead field goal with less than six minutes remaining in the fourth quarter and the defense stopped Miami on fourth down with less than two minutes to play to secure the victory. For his performance Luck is the Hero of the game in leading the Colts to a comeback win over Miami and setting an NFL record. The Dolphins defense was nowhere to be found in this game. They generated no pressure on Luck, as he was able to throw the ball all over the field at will. They registered only one sack and six quarterback hits. With Tannehill throwing for 290 yards the Dolphins defense did nothing to help out the offense. With the Colts holding on to a three-point lead late in the fourth quarter, Luck threw a pass over the middle that hit a Dolphins defender in the hands and he failed to convert the interception. It was a perfect opportunity to give the offense a short field and they could not do it.Miami gave up 516 yards of total offense to the Colts and could not get stops when they needed them. They failed to force any turnovers and were unable to get Luck and the passing game out of their rhythm. The Dolphins defense is the Zero of the game for giving up so many yards and failing to help their offense.
