Indianapolis Colts officials confirmed after Sunday's 17-13 victory over Cleveland that coach Chuck Pagano has been released from the hospital and is continuing his recovery from leukemia at home. Pagano had watched the Colts' previous two games from his hospital room. The Colts are 2-1 since offensive coordinator Bruce Arians took over as the interim head coach in Pagano's absence. Pagano is not expected to return to his head-coaching duties this season.
