Bleacher Report:
Apparently, Joe Horn may be an option for the Baltimore Ravens to replace the retired Derrick Mason.
The first thing that jumps out is, if there were concerns last year about Mason’s contract because of his age, why bring in a 37-year-old Horn whose last productive season was in 2006?
He would be a great personality for the team, and a notable signing.
But on the field? It doesn’t necessarily mean there will be a great infusion of talent with Horn’s arrival.
Cricket cell phone endorsement deals? Likely.
But talent? It’s a wait and see moment for the team as well as their fans.
