Granted, it’s easier to exploit physical mismatches at the college level, but there is no question that Doug Marrone loves to lean on the running game. The pass is necessary, but if the running game and C.J. Spiller are on, then the pass can burn the defense for easy yards on easy plays. In 2012, the Bills had to worry about distributing the ball between Spiller and Fred Jackson.
