Cowboys add practice squad runner

Two weeks after putting a waiver wire claim on Chauncey Washington, they added him to the practice squad on Tuesday. Washington played in six games last year for Jacksonville and was a special teams contributor for Joe DeCamillis. I don't think this is related to Marion Barber's quadriceps injury with Felix Jones and Tashard Choice ready to fill in. The Cowboys actually claimed three players after the final cuts, but they put their highest priority on safety marvin White. The other player was linebacker Tim Shaw. The Cowboys will have to let a player go from their practice squad to make room for Washington.
