The Dallas Cowboys are concerned that Dez Bryant, their best wide receiver, could miss the rest of the season with a finger injury, multiple media outlets reported Monday. Cowboys head coach Hason Garrett told Nick Eatman of the team's official website that Bryant's status is "50-50." Garrett told reporters later Monday that Bryant was visiting doctors Monday and said no diagnosis has been made and that no decision has been made regarding Bryant's availability for the next game or any future games. Earlier reports suggested Bryant might need surgery on his finger, which he injured while making a touchdown reception on Sunday. In the past five games, four of which Dallas won, Bryant has 525 receiving yards and seven touchdowns on 33 catches. Bryant has 75 catches for 1,029 yards and nine scores for the season.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has told the media that, “They’d have to break my leg to keep me out.” So it sounds like he’s going to play even though he has a fractured finger.
Even though Bryant can permanently damage his finger if he continues to play, I don’t think he cares and will do whatever he can to help the Cowboys get into the playoffs.

What they are saying around the web
Tough loss for the Bengals. They had the Cowboys beat. This game was not lost because of bad officiating (although there was some) or being outplayed. It was lost because the Bengals failed to play a good game. They dropped passes, failed to execute and the defense got beat when they needed stops the most.
Peter King did approach the subject of the hit Reggie Nelson laid on Dez Bryant...
