While most of the focus this week will be on the sprained foot of Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray, the team did receive good news regarding cornerbacks Mike Jenkins and Morris Claiborne yesterday, reports Rowan Kavner of DallasCowboys.com. The MRI results for Mike Jenkins and Morris Claiborne didn’t reveal any structural damage after both Cowboys cornerbacks sat out portions of Sunday’s game against the Ravens. Claiborne injured his knee during Sunday’s loss to the Baltimore Ravens while Jenkins aggravated his shoulder. Both players were able to return to action later in the game, and Dallas is hoping to have both players back this weekend. Murray’s timeframe for return isn’t quite as clear. An MRI revealed minor ligament damage to his injured foot, and it’s reported that he’ll miss this weekend’s contest against the Carolina Panthers. Until the severity of the injury is determined, the Cowboys won’t know how long they’ll be without Murray. Follow @TheNFLInjuryRpt
