Sportsday:
Earlier in the week, David Moore wrote about the Cowboys' inefficiency in the Red Zone this season and if you look at stats from the 37-21 win over Atlanta you would find only one touchdown in three Cowboys trips to the red zone.
So, did they make progress? Well, yes. The Cowboys got points off every red zone opportunity, a pair of field goals from Nick Folk and a touchdown pass to Patrick Crayton. It should also be noted that they only time they got inside the 20 on the third of those possessions was following a third-and-nine play from the Atlanta 23. Marion Barber's seven-yard run got them down to the 16. Nick Folk kicked a 34-yard field goal to make it 37-21 with 2:21 to play.
