Cowboys only have one young tackle worth watching

Hudson Houck sounds optimistic about his two young offensive tackles. "We want to see if what we have been working on in camp translates into a game environment," Houck said in David Moore's column about the depth (or lack thereof) of the offensive line. Doug Free has had a solid camp. There's some reason to hope that he can end (or at least interrupt) the Cowboys' trend of drafting offensive line busts, although the fact that Free has been active only four times in two seasons isn't exactly a strong voice of confidence. If what we've seen from Pat McQuistan during camp translates into the game environment, Jon Kitna and Stephen McGee might be in trouble.
