If the words that have recently fallen out of Dallas Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones’ mouth are his true feelings, things won’t be that different in Dallas in 2013-14.
In a state-of-the-union video that is posted on the Cowboy’s website, Jones discussed many things.
The most telling of which is that after another mediocre season that was tainted with heartbreak for Jones and his fanbase, he still believes in his head coach Jason Garrett.

The hillbilly stood by Wade phillips, Dave Campo, Chan Gailey, Barry Switzer, Bill parcells and Jimmy Johnson too. He stood by them unitl he decided to change coaches to find some else to blame for his failures.

Of course he is standing by him... he hired him. The only thing bigger than his stupidity is his ego. JJ will ride this horse until he has no other choice. Then he will blame everyone and everything for the blunders that he makes in his personnel decisions. I don't care what coach he hires and subsequently controls. There is not a coach on this earth that can succeed in the enviroment that he fosters at Valley Ranch. It's tough to ask for respect from your players while JJ is walking around with your balls in his pocket. Castration usually takes the fight out of the dog. Once again, spring training for a PROFESSIONALLY run sports team starts in about a week. Then JJ can go to where he belongs, the back page of the sports section.

How old is JJ? How much longer do we have to put up with him. It's such a shame Arkansas doesn't have some place for him to slink off to. Maybe Oklahoma would take him in.

Jerry Jones needs to credit Jason Garrrett with the coaching new-hires in order to have someone to blame/fire when these new additions fall short. Dallas will continue to see the Super Bowl only with a ticket. Until J Jones hires a GM with the ability to evaluate talent, the Cowboys will continue to be a mediocre team.
