Every year, Forbes compiles a list of the top 50 most valuable franchises in all of sports.
For the sixth straight year, the Dallas Cowboys were labeled the highest valued NFL team, worth $2.1 billion.

Dallas Cowboys’ Morris Claiborne was spotted driving this awesome Cowboys themed car in Louisiana. I love the car, especially the silver and blue rims, but putting your name and number on it is pretty risky. It’s just asking to have the car broken into or even damaged by unruly football fans. The biggest issue with the car though? The Cowboys logo that is painted on it...
According to Calvin Watkins of ESPNDallas.com, Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was the most impressive player this offseason for Dallas.
If you want to say Dez Bryant had the most impressive offseason for the Cowboys, that would be accurate. But backup running back Lance Dunbar was impressive as well during offseason workouts. Dunbar is a speedy back who could be used in third...
Quarterback has always been the biggest position of need for many NFL teams. However, these 10 teams believe they have found their man. How could they not?
It’s not every day a player is offered $130.75 million over seven years like Aaron Rodgers was this last offseason. His $130 million make him the highest paid quarterback in the NFL based on the total amount of the full contract...
Morris Claiborne is confident that his second NFL season will be much better than his first. The Dallas Cowboys cornerback started 15 games during his rookie year, breaking up eight passes and intercepting one.
But those numbers weren't good enough for the former sixth overall pick. When asked in May to put a letter grade on his first season in Dallas, Claiborne said: C-minus...
DeMarcus Ware said he was misinterpreted in April when he seemed to imply during an interview on Sirius XM's NFL Radio that it's time for Tony Romo to "put up or shut up." The Dallas Cowboys defensive end wasn't only talking about Romo and the quarterback's new six-year, 108 million contract extension. Ware said he was referring to everyone on the Cowboys...
Bryant (88) is poised for a superstar season in 2013
The maturation of Dez Bryant in the second half of the 2012 season gives the Cowboys and their fans belief that the physical specimen is on the fast track to become a superstar in 2013.
To start 2012, many questioned Bryant’s maturity and character. Although talented, many always wondered if he was really worth the trouble.
By 1990, the Dallas Cowboys roster started looking like the team that would eventually win three Super Bowls in four years. There were a few lesser-known players, but not as many as there were in 1988 or 1989.
The Most Obscure Player of 1990: Running Back Timmy Smith.
The Most Obscure Player of 1990 is better known for being an obscure Super Bowl hero. In Super Bowl XXII following...
Dallas Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware said he will be ready to go when the Cowboys open training camp on Sunday, according to ESPNDallas.
“I’ll be out there doing everything from all the drills to all the plays they want me to do,” said Ware. “I know how it’s going to go, and it’s going to go well.”
Ware underwent shoulder surgery in early January, and was held...
Hot News for OLB Anthony Spencer
According to ProFootballTalk.com, ESPN Ed Werder indicated on NFL Live that people within the Cowboys organization are “baffled” as to why Josh Brent is still on their roster.
“There are still a lot of people at Valley Ranch who are baffled about the fact that this player remains on the roster,” Werder said.
I think we’re all baffled. It absolutely make zero sense as...
Today is the deadline for players that have been hit with the franchise tag to sign a long-term extension with their current teams. If something doesn’t get done today, both sides will have to wait until after the upcoming season to work on a deal. According to ESPN’s Ed Werder, Cowboys defensive end Anthony Spencer will play under his one-year franchise tender in 2013. Spencer...
