The Dallas Cowboys continue to add and replace depth at the defensive end position as the team re-signed veteran free agent Jason Hatcher on Monday. The Cowboys have now signed three defensive ends in as many days following the re-signing of Marcus Spears and the signing of Kenyon Coleman. Hatcher visited the Denver Broncos on Friday, but apparently decided to accept a backup role in new Dallas defensive coordinator Rob Ryan’s complex 3-4 scheme.
