Jonas Jennings, Ted Ginn Jr, and now Darius Fleming.
Every so often there comes a player that is on the 49ers roster that for whatever reason just can’t stay healthy and when that happens I like to bestoy the title of Mr. Glass on them. (For those that do not know who Mr. Glass is, he is the character played by Samuel L. Jackson in the movie Unbreakable.)
#49ers LB Darius Fleming tore the same ACL he tore last year. He will be waived and placed on IR.

You gotta feel for the guy, the ACL that Fleming tore is apparently the same one he tore last season on day one of training camp.
The 49ers have waived Fleming and signed SJSU LB Travis Johnson to a three year deal.

Wouldn't it be nice to check your phone at a sporting event to see how long the line for the bathroom or the concession stand is? Well, the 49ers are developing such a concept for their new stadium.
According to Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee, 49ers rookie wide receiver Quinton Patton has been limited to no contact as he continues to deal with a broken finger.
As if the 49ers need another receiver injured. They need the ones they have to stay healthy and contribute.

San Fransisco 49ers wide receiver Chad Hall showed off his NFC Championship ring on Monday via his Instagram account.
In unison, offensive linemen Alex Boone, Joe Staley and Adam Snyder stood up from their post-practice ice baths and headed for the locker room to prepare for afternoon meetings.
Seeing them together in a line of individual ice tubs was hardly surprising considering the San Francisco 49ers' tight-knit O-line and its cast of characters. The Niners return a group that started every...
49ers quarterback Colin Kaerpnick told Peter King of SI.com that he believes he improved his speed this past offseason.
I think it’s foreign to most of us that a player can significantly improve his speed, but Colin Kaepernick thinks he’s done just that this offseason. He trained in Atlanta with some speed technicians, including long-jumper Dwight Phillips. “I trained with...
(Eds: APNewsNow. Will be updated. With AP Photos.) By ANTONIO GONZALEZ AP Sports Writer Just a week into training camp, Colin Kaepernick can already feel the difference between where the San Francisco 49ers offense is now versus this time a year ago.
All of his teammates can see the evolution, too.
Kaepernick's confidence and comfort level has been soaring on and off the field...
Last week Tarell Brown lost over $2 million. Then, he found out about it on Twitter followed by firing his agent. Brown said that he hoped to sit down with the 49ers front office to possibly get some of the money back. His head coach thinks he should get his money. Jim Harbaugh said that he thought there could be a solution to this issue, according to Comcast Sports Net...

After coming within three points of winning Super Bowl XLVIII, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick spent a portion of his off-season looking to improve on his play. Despite rushing for 415 yards on 63 attempts last season, Kaepernick...
San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis is no long driven by the chance to put up big numbers and go to Pro Bowls, he just wants to win a Super Bowl. “I’m just here to contribute,” Davis said Sunday. “I’m just a piece of the puzzle. I’m not here for statistics. I’m not here to go to the Pro Bowl. I’m just here to do my job and that’s all I can do. Whatever
The smell of freshly cut grass and the sound of helmets clanging together filled the air in Santa Clara this week, signifying the start of training camp for the defending NFC champion San Francisco 49ers.
But don’t think that the 49ers are still basking in the glory of winning their conference, or sulking in the agony of losing the Super Bowl.
“If you have to talk about what...
The NFL has decided to completely redo the Pro Bowl starting this season.
What’s really interesting is that there won’t be any more NFC and AFC teams. The two conferences will not play each other in the game. So for example, Colin Kaepernick could end up having to go up against Aldon Smith even though they’re both from the 49ers.
Gone is the familiar AFC vs. NFC match...
