Normally when you draft a quarterback in the Top 10 you expect him to start immediately. In the Dolphins case it might be a while before Ryan Tannehill hits the field. Despite not playing a down last season because of back problems, David Garrard is getting the first shot to be the Dolphins’ starting quarterback. According to ESPN.com’s James Walker, the former Jacksonville starter worked with the first team at Dolphins minicamp Tuesday, with Matt Moore working with the second team. First-round pick Ryan Tannehill was with the third team. Tannehill in my opinion was a huge reach and so fair that is playing out during camp. Good news though his wife will be in Maxim.
