Found November 09, 2013 on Awful Announcing:

ESPN college football analyst Desmond Howard appeared on SportsCenter Friday morning to discuss the saga in the Dolphins locker room. (Because honestly, who hasn't given their opinion about it at this point?) During his segment, Howard expressed his frustration with the "honorary black guy" line of thinking that several Dolphins players have been rolling out this week. Unfortunately, his frustration seeped into his work, and Howard used an unfortunate racial epithet to describe the situation. (you may need to turn your volume up to hear) I don't think Howard meant anything by what he said, he was just caught up in the moment. At any rate, it's a sign of all the tensions that have been ramped up by the story. [FTW]
