The saying is ‘One bad apple doesn’t ruin the bunch,’ but tell that to the media.
As the Aaron Hernandez saga continues to unfold, Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant has become a media target and rightfully so he’s pissed off.
Bryant has had his share of problems in the past, but the Cowboys have been raving far before the Hernandez story came out about how well he was doing.
Bryant took exception of a story from former NFL scout Bryan Broaddus, who during a radio interview with 105.3 FM, Broaddus said Bryant’s background was “the worst I had ever seen.”
Bryant posted on his Twitter account: “I just wanted to know why is my background relevant right now? I promise there is more s— to talk about in this world than my background.”
Bryant made an appearance at an indoor football game in New Mexico last night and Bryant insisted he wasn’t going to talk about it.
“No questions about the past, none,” Bryant said, via Mark Smith of the Albuquerque Journal.
