It’s clear that new Head Coach of the Kansas City Chiefs Andy Reid has his work cut out for him with the quarterback position. This Chiefs franchise has survived without a viable starter since Trent Edwards, and it’s even safe to say, a franchise quarterback since the brief stint of Joe Montana in the 90′s. Reid stated in a recent press conference “I’ve got to find that next Len Dawson dog gon’ it.” And Reid is right, the Chiefs have to find a quarterback to be the foundation of the future of this Chiefs franchise soon, but do the Chiefs necessarily, have to go to the draft to find one?.. • Don't you mean Trent Green? I don't recall a Trent Edwards. Seems we had an Edwards as coach at one time.
Don't need Vick or Tebow in KC. If we wanted a Tebow, we should go after Colin Klein, but no one seems to have an interest in him. And I'm not sure Klein has ever fully recovered from his injury about 3/4 through the season... he sure neverlooked the same after that.
  • They had at least ten games last year to find out if Stanzi is a Starter. when the season was lost why did they keep playing Quinn and Cassel. Stanzi is a big guy with a strong arm. Give him a chance. Bowe wants to leave because QB's like Cassel and Quinn with their high inaccurate passes hang them out to get unjured.
  • Stanzi sucks, I watched him in preseason games and he was terible the chiefs should have kept Kyle orton last season he was the only one with experience they need to clean house and get rid of all their quarterbacks and start from scratch
