New England Patriots QB Tom Brady skipped practice on Wednesday, instead opting to have X-rays taken on his non-throwing shoulder, having an examination to determine if he does indeed have a shoulder separation. According to bear writer Tom Curran on Twitter, Brady “was later told he was all set”.
Brady injured his shoulder on a run last Sunday late in the game against the Miami Dolphins. Earlier this week on his radio appearance on WEEI, Brady addressed getting banged up against the Miami Dolphins.
“There’s some times when you just know you’re going to take a pretty good lick and you’ve got to go for it anyway. I was caught in between two guys. There was a guy coming on my left and a guy coming on my right. It was kind of a critical point in the game. I got out of the pocket.
