The NFL fined Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch $15,000 for a horse collar tackle on Oakland Raiders fullback Marcel Reece.
Tulloch's fine matched that of Lions defensive end Cliff Avril, who also used a horse collar tackle on quarterback Carson Palmer in Sunday's game.
Last week, Tulloch was fined $10,000 for a late hit on Minnesota Vikings rookie quarterback Christian Ponder.
Several Detroit Lions were upgraded on today's injury report and, as coach Jim Schwartz said Monday, all 53 players on the roster will be in the mix for Saturday's game against the San Diego Chargers at Ford Field.
