Defensive tackle Mike Patterson was placed on the reserve/non-football illness list, guard Mike Gibson was placed on season-ending injured reserve with a minor hip flexor injury and wide receiver Jamel Hamler was waived as Philadelphia got down to Monday's 75-player roster limit. Patterson, 28, suffered a seizure last Aug. 3 during training camp, but started 15 games during the 2011 regular season before having an arteriovenous malformation removed from his cranium in January.
