The good news: The Eagles outgained the Saints on offense, 447-371. The bad news? Where do I start? The offense was 0-5 in the Red Zone, with two field goals, and an interception for a touchdown. Michael Vick threw an interception, fumbled once (which was recovered by Eagles) and was sacked seven times for a minus 48 yards. The Saints had the worst defense in the NFL, yet ramped it up for the hapless Eagles, sometimes outnumbering Vick on the line of scrimmage and coming through untouched. Philly.com is right: The players have given up on Reid. The only player to show enough speed to score (skirt the red zone) was DeSean Jackson, who went 77 yards for a touchdown. He had a nice move at about the 30 yard line to shake a defender. LeSean McCoy was good, too, rushing 19 times for 119 yards. But could never break free totally for a touchdown. Brent Celek made some key plays, but looked as if he left a few throws on the field. One touchdown against a pitiful Saints defense. Opposing team...
