Football is inching closer and closer and millions are ready to start making their NFL picks for the new season.
We know who the two favorites will be for the 2012/13 season.
The Green Bay Packers, fresh off a 15-1 record last year, trot into the new year as the overall favorites. Aaron Rodgers leads the way after throwing an amazing 45 touchdown passes, and with so many key guys returning you've got to like their chances of getting a second Super Bowl trophy in three years.
Of course, you can't talk about favorites without mentioning Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.

TOM BRADY ALWAYS GIVES HIS OPPONENTS CREDIT
For the first time in a decade, Peyton Manning won’t lead his team into the playoffs. Here are four good reasons why the Broncos will miss the NFL's "second season" in 2012.
Timing with receiving corps
Learning a new offense
The defense will hit a slump
Timing: We all know you can build a Dream Team on paper. However, getting the actual...
Everyone knows Peyton Manning is an android football supercomputer built with alien technology, so the very idea of him having a quarterback coach is laughable to the hahaha degree. Still, the Broncos employ a QB coach anyway, because someone has to coach up Brock Osweiler and pretend like they can make Caleb Hanie game ready in case Manning goes down, because Pey-Pey sure as sh...

Last weekend during a panel discussion with four other quarterbacks who have been Super Bowl MVPs, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers addressed the topic of providing for the long-term health of players, Bob Wolfley of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports. In his remarks he said the helmet he now wears, compared to the one he wore when he started in the league in 2005, has prevented...

On rare occasions does New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady show off his comedic acting chops. Only a few come to mind…SNL…the Funny Or Die Under Armour spoof…a post-loss presser. OK, maybe not the last one.
James Jones Apparently Wants to Stay in Green Bay. Just would like the ball a little more.
Aaron Rodgers torched the NFL last season. On his way to 15 wins, Rodgers did whatever he wanted to opposing defenses. When given time, he picked secondaries apart. When faced with pressure, he easily galloped for a first down. And if he wanted to kick field goals, he probably would...
Out with the old and in with the new is the strategy with the rebuilding Colts (2006 Super Bowl win is a distant memory). First ballot hall of fame QB Peyton Manning will be under center in Denver (joined by former colt TE Jacob Tamme), TE Dallas Clark is in Tampa and WR Pierre Garcon got a monster contract from Washington. First overall pick Andrew Luck will have his Stanford security...
