After a pass interference call on Champ Bailey the fans started giving the referees a hard time with some boos. Ed Hochuli being the beast that he is, decided to let everyone know that "There are Penalties in the Pro Bowl." Luckily for all of the fans in attendance he didn't give them all the torture rack one by one. Check out the video below.
