The Buffalo Bills recently sent out smoke signals that they will give incumbent quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick a fighting chance to hold on to his starting job. 

There are those that feel that these whispers and the action surrounding Tavaris Jackson’s new incentive-laden one year pact are just wolf tickets to mask their very real intentions of drafting a quarterback of the future.

After all, GM Buddy Nix said so.

One man who payed for Fitzpatrick’s mistakes in blood, former tight ends coach Pete Metzelaars feels like the Bills must do something about the mistake machine that is Ryan Fitzpatrick.
