The Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos will play what some are dubbing the game of the year, when the two teams with 17 combined wins, and one loss do battle on Sunday. According to the Denver Post, a woman, dubbed the “Wedding Ring Lady,” has gone viral with her attempts to get tickets to the huge Broncos-Chiefs matchup, by trading an old wedding ring of hers. The Kansas City Chiefs fan put up a Craigslist ad looking to trade her wedding ring (appraised at $3,100), for two tickets to the Chiefs’ home game, in order to treat her husband as a 40th birthday present, according to sources. She clarifies that the ring is from a previous marriage. That’s where WRL’s email clarified things: It’s a ring from a previous marriage. So no, her husband would not be mad, and no, he might not even recognize it. Suddenly this all sounds a hundred times saner, a hundred times more practical. WRL wrote in the email that the ring “holds no value to me and is a lot easier to part with over tickets than handing that much cash over for the tickets.” WRL said that she has indeed had some offers for her barter, but she’s turned them down. She’s currently working with someone on an offer that she likes, and she said that she should know if it’s all going to work out in the next day or so. Anyone want to help her out?

LB Tamba Hali says the key to slowing down QB Peyton Manning is to 'get him off-rhythm'

The Kansas City Chiefs defense will face their toughest challenge on Sunday against QB Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. LB Tamba Hali, one of a devastating sack duo with fellow LB Justin Houston, knows that getting Manning off his mark and disguising looks is the way to have a chance to stop the prolific passer.

Interim coach Jack Del Rio doesn't care for 'max protect'

An already hobbled Peyton Manning is about to face the undefeated Chiefs and their top-ranked defense, and conventional wisdom says protect the franchise QB at all costs. While that may seem so simple and obvious, the team may be sacrificing points on the board because of it, interim head coach Jack Del Rio suggests. Del Rio is no big fan of the the so-called "max-protect...

Watch This Woman Sing “Somewhere Over Dwayne Bowe”

Sure, this beautiful rendition of Somewhere Over Dwayne Bowe was produced four years ago, but boy is it relevant. Bowe was busted Sunday evening for speeding and possession of marijuana when he allegedly asked the officer that pulled him over if Sonic was still open. As if the stench of weed permeating throughout the car wasn’t indicative enough, he was brought down by his desire...

Del Rio not channeling conservative Fox

The Denver Broncos are hitting a critical stretch with two games against Kansas City wrapped around a trip to New England over the next three weeks that figures to either bolster or blister their Super Bowl credentials. There will certainly be some crucial decisions to be made that could have far-reaching consequences. Don't bother asking what does the Fox say. Jack Del Rio...

Kansas City Chiefs Fans Make Hilarious Rap Song

My man Eric Sollenberger from KSK has pointed out that this song has many statistical flaws, but regardless of whether that’s true, this song is hilarious. Everyone loves a good team-specific song and this Chiefs rap featuring a lady in camo really gets the job done. Such a serious tone for a sports team. Article found on: Next Impulse Sports

Chiefs, Manning get some solid answers Sunday

The Kansas City Chiefs are the NFL's worst undefeated team. Peyton Manning is the league's most vulnerable 300-yards-a-game passer. It's not often that so many doubts hover over teams and players who have been so good. Some of the questions will be resolved Sunday night when the Chiefs (9-0) play the Broncos (8-1) in an AFC West meeting between teams with a .944 winning...

Go Home Chiefs Fans

Just when I thought being a Raiders fan in Kansas City couldn’t get any more annoying, Chief fans go out of their way to prove me wrong.  Some Kansas City Chief faithfuls decide to do a rap video to honor their 9-0 team.  I’m playing it pretty fast and lose with the term Rap video here, I’m pretty much doing rap and music in general a disservice by putting it into any musical...
