Miles Austin, WR, Dallas Cowboys Player Profile Height/Weight: 6-2/217 Birthdate: 6/30/1984 School: Monmouth (NJ) FANTASY FOOTBALL ANALYSIS Miles Austin is one of those players that just can’t seem to shake the injury bug. When he’s healthy, he is a 1200 yards and 8 TD type of player. He is a very consistent player that doesn’t have any glaring weaknesses. However, when he isn’t healthy, he isn’t nearly the same player, as he just can’t seem to get open. He didn’t miss a game during the 2012 campaign, but he left a couple games early and was bothered by a troublesome hamstring throughout the year while racking up just 66 catches for 943 yards and 6 touchdowns. The hamstring issues that stuck with him all year unfortunately appear to be a chronic issue. He seems to be a risk going forward given his injury history, especially with his hamstrings, which have had countless flareups over the past couple years. Jason Garrett’s plan is to push hydrating and limiting practice time in order...
