As we head into the second quarter of the 2013 NFL season, the BYE weeks will start to take a toll on your roster. Here are some guys who might be available in your league and will help you fill some holes.QBJay Cutler - The Chicago Bears QB is owned in about 60% of both Yahoo and ESPN leagues so if he is available and you have Matt Ryan on a BYE this week or have Drew Brees on a BYE Week 7, Cutler is a nice fill in.  This week's matchup with the New York Giants is a good one and next week against the Washington Redskins is just as good!  Cutler has multiple TD throws in  4 of 5 contests and has back to back 300+ passing games.  Week 2 he threw for 292 yards so you can say he has three 300 yard passing games.  Cutler has Brandon Marshall and emerging Alshon Jeffrey as his wideouts with Martellus Bennett as his tight end and Matt Forte in the backfield.  Those are some nice weapons!RBMarcel Reece - The Oakland Raiders can't stay healthy at the RB position, nothing new.  Reece might see Jeremy Stewart steal some carries from him, but all the goal line stuff will be Reece's and he could always catch a few passes out of the backfield.  This is a desperation move as the Raiders face off with the Kansas City Chiefs defense.WRJustin Blackmon - You can not replace Julio Jones and/or Roddy White and/or Mike Wallace when they are healthy and connecting with the QBs.  However, Blackmon is the closest thing talent wise you will find on waivers.  As we saw in Blackmon's first action this season, he can make big plays, problem is he plays on the Jacksonville Jaguars.  No Blaine Gabbert this week so its up to Chad Henne to get him the ball against a Denver Broncos defense that CAN BE BEAT in the air.Rueben Randle - The New York Giants can not run the football, and on top of that David Wilson has a neck injury.  Eli Manning needs 3 WR sets to move the football and that makes Randle a nice fantasy option in leagues with 3 WRs.Jerome Simpson - It helps when Adrian Peterson is on your team. The defense always has to be ready for the run, which hurts their pass defense. Simpson is fast and always a threat to break one. He has 2 games this year with 7 catches and at least 124 yards. He also has at least 8 targets in 3 of the 4 games.Brandon Stokley - The Baltimore Ravens cut the veteran WR before Sunday's game and then re-signed him after it.  Marlon Brown is out, and Jacoby Jones hasn't played since opening night, leaving Stokley as the Ravens #2 wide receiver.  This is a deep league moveTEGarrett Graham - The Texans are becoming a two TE team and it's working.  But now, the wolf pack is one.  Owen Daniels is hurt leaving Graham as the teams top option.  Graham was already getting 4 or 5 targets per game and can now add Daniels' 7-9.  A matchup with the St. Louis Rams looks nice for the Texans and Graham is a solid TE this week for Tony Gonzalez owners.Heath Miller - The Pittsburgh Steelers are coming off a BYE week and Miller caught 6 passes the week before.  Tony G just caught 10 passes against the New York Jets so lets hope Miller can duplicate that and someone find the endzone!DEFNew York Jets - Gang Green just beat the Atlanta Falcons on Monday Night Football and the Pittsburgh Steelers offense is NOTHING compared to the Dirty Birds.  If the Jets can keep the pressure on Ben Roethlisberger, they should be in for a nice night.Detroit Lions - The Cleveland Browns keep winning, but it's not because they have a magical offense.  Their defense and Travis Benjamin's special team skills win them football games.  Willis McGahee averaged less than 3 yards per carry on 26 carries against the Buffalo Bills.Minnesota Vikings - Outside of the Carolina Panthers beat down of the Giants 38-0, they have scored just 36 points in 3 games.  Cam Newton was sacked 7 times last week!
