Fitzgerald Not Likely in the Cards for Philly

It appears that Arizona is making room for Larry Fitzgerald. No surprise, they would be nuts to let this guy go. The comment Fitz made on Howard Eskin's radio show that stuck with me was that he was "tired of finishing his season in December," basically stating that he wants to play on a winning team. Unfortunately for Philly fans he followed it up with "but I love AZ and will restructure in order to stay here." I guess it was just a pipe dream to think we might pull off some crazy trade to get Fitzgerald - a young, stud of a WR & just what the doctor seemed to order for a Philadelphia franchise that has longed for a great WR for several years.
