Let the fantasy chaos begin again. Fred Jackson has practiced all week long and, barring a setback, is expected to return to action in Indianapolis this week.
I am typically cautious when it comes to activating players in your fantasy lineup after a concussion, but this seems like a great week to return to the field. The Colts have an average run defense at best, and the Bills figure to pound the rock in an effort to keep Andrew Luck on the sidelines. CJ Spiller has done nothing to lose touches, so I expect him to lead the backfield (roughly a 3:2 ratio, with the upside of a 2:1 ratio). But Jackson is the better short yardage runner, meaning that Jackson’s carries could come in the redzone.
Spiller is the safer back this week, but don’t automatically bench Jackson, as he figures to get his share of opportunities to produce.
Jackson has scored 3 touchdowns in his last three road games, with all three of those games coming against teams that give up fewer fantasy points per week to op...

Random jerseys and sports costumes at the Buffalo Turkey Trot
Yesterday was Buffalo’s 117th annual Turkey Trot five mile run and it’s customary for people to dress up in costumes like it’s Halloween. Naturally I was on alert for any random jersey and sports themed costumes. As usual sports nation did not disappoint as there was plenty of goodness for me to capture.

Fantasy Football Advice: Start CJ Spiller Week 12
CJ Spiller currently boasts 723 rushing yards and 336 receiving yards in the first 10 games of the NFL season, and matches up this week with the weak Indianapolis Colts' defense. For a player that has had a couple of injuries this season, those are pretty darn good numbers...
Fitzpatrick comes up short in Bills' loss to Colts
The Buffalo Bills' defense sacked Andrew Luck four times, picked him off once and held the Colts' run game to 3 yards a carry. Also, Buffalo's ground game gained 5.9 yards of its own. Week 12 AFC East game picks: Bills at Colts
Lead writer Nick St. Denis and AFC East Daily contributors Dan Begnoche and Sean Donovan pick the Buffalo Bills' road contest against the Indianapolis Colts. Nick's take: Bills tailback C.J. Spiller is slated for a big day against a Colts run defense that gives up way too many big scampers. Ryan Fitzpatrick will be good enough, and Buffalo's rushing attack will limit...
Buffalo Bills at Indianapolis Colts: Week 12 NFL Pick
Buffalo Bills (4-6) at Indianapolis Colts (6-4)
I’ve called Indianapolis a perpetually underrated team all year. It features two of the games more explosive offenses, with both teams being able to move the ball down the...
