Indianapolis might be winless in its five games but the Colts have two of the best defensive ends – the two best ends according to any member of the Bengals one asks – in the NFL in Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis. They rank 1-2 in Colts’ history in sacks and Freeney needs just 1.5 more sacks to reach 100 for his career. Freeney and Mathis have a combined 11 seasons of 10-plus sacks, including four seasons they’ve both accomplished the feat. Freeney (4.5) and Mathis (3.5) have accounted for eight of the nine sacks the Colts’ defense has this season. The responsibility of containing Freeney and Mathis will fall on the shoulders of  Bengals’ LT Andrew Whitworth and RT Andre Smith.
