NASHVILLE Tennessee quarterback Matt Hasselbeck left Sunday's game with New Orleans with a left calf injury 11:13 left in the second quarter and his return was listed as questionable. On a bizarre series of plays, the Titans had three consecutive penalties called on their offensive line and faced a 1st-and-35. Hasselbeck went back to pass, had his throw tipped into the air and leaped to try and bat it down. He then sat on the field receiving medical attention for a few minutes before walking off gingerly. Rookie Jake Locker replaced Hasselbeck. On his second drive, he completed a 31-yard pass to tight end Craig Stevens that led to a 43-yard field goal by Rob Bironas that tied the game at 3-3 with 6:42 left before halftime. Locker completed 3 of his first 6 passes for 51 yards. Hasselbeck was 4-for-6 for 35 before leaving. In his most extensive action this season, Locker went 9-for-19 for 140 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions.
