ARLINGTON, Texas -- If Jason Hatcher indeed did call out Tony Romo, it was DeMarco Murray who answered the call. Murray ran wild--again--against the St. Louis Rams with 175 yards in the Cowboys' 31-7 win Sunday. Before the game, the buzz was about a report that Hatcher, the outspoken defensive tackle, called out Romo after a mistake in practice last week. According to the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Hatcher jumped on Romo after he audibled out of a run play and threw an interception that resulted in a defensive touchdown. After a week of pestering from the media about not running the ball enough, apparently Hatcher had had enough, although after the game he denied calling out Romo. He did speak during a team meeting after practice. "I wasn't getting on Romo, I love Romo to death," Hatcher said. "Where is Romo at? Tell him to come over here, I'm gonna hug his neck. We ain't got no isssues." Cowboys coach Jason Garrett also called the rep...

DeMarco Murray paces Cowboys in win over Rams (NFL Sunday Review)

Romo did his part, too, with three touchdowns and a 70.8 completion percentage but Murray’s...

Amid horseradish and horse crap, a dominant Dallas win

NFL Week 3 Wrap Ups: Cowboys over Rams

def.  FINAL SCORE: 31-7 GAME MVP: DeMarco Murray ( 175 yards, 1 TD ) ANALYSIS: The Rams had looked very competitive the first two weeks of the season, and a big part of that was the offensive line's ability to protect Sam Bradford. This week, they allowed 8 QB hits and 6 sacks. They also couldn't find a way to open any holes in the running game. As a...

Rams, expectations fall badly in Dallas

The last time Demarco Murray faced St Louis, he was a relative unknown. But then he turnstyled the entire Rams defense while shoving Emmitt Smith aside in the Dallas Cowboys record books.  You're forgiven if you thought this Rams team would be different. You're forgiven if you believed the hype. I did too. But now, after watching Murray get free runs inside and out...

Cowboys best in show among NFC East dogs

ARLINGTON, Texas -- One of the benefits to playing in the worst division in the NFL is that a 2-1 start feels like some sort of breakthrough. And that's exactly where the Dallas Cowboys find themselves after a 31-7 thrashing of the St. Louis Rams. This game was basically decided by halftime, although I suppose an 80-yard touchdown drive to open the third quarter made it official...
