The Last Angry Fan:
For the first half of last night’s Broncos-Ravens game, things weren’t going too bad for Baltimore. They started the second quarter with a 7-0 lead, and were set to get the ball back after a defensive stop. Then undrafted rookie Brynden Trawick went and leveled dangerous punt returner Jacoby Jones on the ensuing kick, despite the fact that the two are on the same team. Jones suffered a sprained right knee (which he’s getting an MRI done on today) and was knocked out of the game, and, well, the wheels pretty well came off for the Ravens after that, as Denver went thrashed them 49-27.
Here’s GIF of the Jones-Trawick collision that’s probably funny to everyone who’s not a Ravens fan (via @cjzero)…
Here’s hoping for Trawick’s sake that Jones’ knee injury isn’t serious, and that he doesn’t miss too much time. On a positive note, Trawick did throw one helluva block, even if it was on his own teammate.

last night against the Denver Broncos, missed coach's challenge, stupid unsportsmanlike
conduct penalties and costly dropped passes (one even for a sure touchdown). The one thing the Ravens could not control
were injures to two, key offensive players, Jacoby Jones and Michael Oher.

Couldn't the NFL and NBC have gotten together and had Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones take a new team photo? This one's just awkward.
