I called this pick way back in December in my "missing link" article.  I gave you all the pros about drafting Blackmon with the Jaguars first round selection.  I have heard & read many nay-sayers dismissing Blackmon as the possible pick.  There was no doubt in my mind that the Jags would get Blackmon, no matter what.  They moved up 2 places to insure they got him before the Rams did.  This is a HUGE pick for the Jaguars, GM Gene Smith, Blaine Gabbert & the true fans whom believe that this team is being built correctly & for long term winning.

Anyone who thought for a minute that the Jaguars were really considering Gilmore, Ingram, Couples or any of the other players that the so-called experts have been force feeding us for weeks now....please get a clue.  NO WAY Khan doesn't get help for Gabbert, especially after getting only Robinson & Evans in free agency.  This is how you do it people, you go get your guy.  The Jags did it with Gabbert & now they've done it with Blackmon.  The Jags WILL improve & Gabbert WILL make losers like Mike Lombardi eat his words.....and Blackmon WILL be a huge part of that.  The jaguars would never have made this move under the lame leadership of Del Rio.  Thank You Mr. Khan.Thank You coach Mularkey.  GO JAGS !!!!
