The Cincinnati Bengals were a surprise team this year finishing 3rd in the AFC North and going into the playoffs. With the off-season coming along, here's what I would do to get the team back into the Super Bowl.

1. Sign Peyton Manning
Not that I doubt Andy Dalton's abilities to be a starting quarterback but if you have a chance to bring in one of the best in history I would sign him. Even if he is hurt and throws with a "noodle arm" he is still a top 20 QB. Let's say he can't get on the field and has to skip another season - heaven forbid - then he can help Dalton especially in the film room. This man approaches film that he knows what's going to happen before the defense does it.

2. Draft Trent Richardson
Bye Cedric! I think that Richardson will fall in the draft because a lot of running backs are not being chosen in the first round anymore. He can add power to a running game. Could you imagine A.J. Green on the outside and then running it up the middle with Richardson or play action and fooling Ray Lewis.

3. Draft a Big One
In the best case scenario we get Richardson at 21 and and pick 17 Michael Brockers from Penn State falls right into our lap. I might would throw in a few picks and try to move up and get him to be able to stop that ground and pound game of football the AFC North is known for. Ray Rice is wrapped up once again in the back field!

4. Pull the ultimate jerk move by offering Wide Receiver Mike Wallace to a front loaded contract the Steelers can't match. Everyone knows the Steelers are struggling to get under the salary cap and by signing Mike Wallace, we would get a speedy on the opposite side of A.J. Green. That way he's not the next Andre Johnson, great receiver but no help.

5. Last move
Bring in a shutdown corner to replace Jonathan Joseph. After losing him we were horrible and it would be fantastic if Morris Clairborne fell to pick 17, but he won't be there so we go out and sign Brandon Carr and Cortland Finnegean from Kansas City and Tennessee, respectively. That way no one will be able to throw against us.

All these things combine send us to the next big game!

Writer's Note - I thought about moving the team to Los Angeles, but what is there not to love about Cincy?
