PLAYERS: Jim Irsay
TEAMS: Indianapolis Colts
Colts Owner Jim Irsay has been in the media quite a bit for his usage of social media.  He has been unlike any professional sports owner in this regard, and tonight, he may regret some tweets he sent out. It’s time to let The Monster get out of it’s cage to feed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! twitter.com/JimIrsay/statu…— Jim Irsay (@JimIrsay) January 3, 2013It’s playoff time,ya’ll….time to let The Monster feed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! twitter.com/JimIrsay/statu…— Jim Irsay (@JimIrsay) January 3, 2013These are honestly hysterical.  Unfortunately for him, it will probably cause some serious embarrassment.  Tweeting out a photo of yourself completely hammered is never advised, especially when you’re the owner of a professional sports franchise and when you’re referring to yourself as “The Monster.”I wouldn’t be surprised if the NFL took issue with this photo that will be making its rounds on the internet, and there could even be a fine coming.  You can tell by how he’s dressed that he’s definitely trying to stay young, so you can’t completely fault the guy for trying to have a good time.  Hopefully the Colts players are as ready for their playoff game against the Ravens on Sunday as Irsay is.

Colts owner Jim Irsay says he’s ready for the playoffs, looks like he’s ready for a nap

Reggie Wayne thinks Bruce Arians is the coach of the year: “It could have been so easy for us to just fall off the wagon”

It really should be a no brainer; Bruce Arians did what 11 other NFL head coaches have done, make the playoffs. Except Arians isn’t the head coach, as the offensive coordinator, he was thrown into a double tough situation. With Chuck Pagano having to leave the team to be treated for cancer, and one that had the overall first pick in the 2012 draft because they simply stunk. ...
