Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay has to wait until June 7, the day newly drafted QB Andrew Luck will finish up with his studies at Stanford University, to fully see what he can do with the rest of the team in practice. Due to the NFL rule, Luck will miss the Colts 10 day OTA sessions which will begin on May 15th.

According to the Indianapolis Star, Irsay is using his private jet to help Luck begin his throwing sessions with the veteran Colts wide receivers, most notably Reggie Wayne and Austin Collie.
Irsay has arranged for the practices to take place in Miami, where Reggie Wayne lives during the offseason.
Luck talked about his new way of getting around, "I'll definitely use whatever means of transportation. Especially if it's Mr. Irsay stuff. Absolutely."

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck looked good during this past weekend’s rookie minicamp, but now it’s back to school for the first overall pick. Luck heads back to Stanford with work to do

Andrew Luck will continue his studies - on and off the field - after his final day of rookie mini-camp. League rules do not allow the Colts' new quarterback to return to the team complex until he finishes classes at Stanford. That will be June 7. Andrew Luck can’t use Jim Irsay’s jet

According to ESPN via Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star, rookie quarterback Andrew Luck won’t be able to use Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay’s private jet in order to get around to private work outs with his teammates.  It would violate the rules of the new CBA that was agreed upon last year. So it looks like Luck will have to get around the old-fashioned way.  He...

Denver Broncos’ rushing attack will go from first to worst under Manning
