Injured Broncos sit out practice again

The same eight who sat out practice yesterday were sidelined again Thursday as they recover from various ailments, the Denver Post reports. The walking wounded: Cornerback Champ Bailey (hamstring, day-to-day) Running back Knowshon Moreno (hamstring, day-to-day) Defensive end Elvis Dumervil (shoulder, day-to-day) Wide receiver Brandon Lloyd (groin, day-to-day) Defensive tackle Marcus Thomas (pectoral, unknown) Linebacker D.J. Williams (elbow, unknown) Wide receiver Demaryius Thomas (Achilles/finger, 2-4 weeks) Defensive tackle Ty Warren (triceps, 2-3 months) Meanwhile, in Ohio, quarterback Andy Dalton made throws in practice and appears to be preparing to play. The top four Broncos listed have a chance of playing Sunday, but they would have to practice Friday. Stay tuned.
