EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – A bruised right hand isn’t the only obstacle Tony Romo will face tonight as he attempts to guide the Cowboys to a division-title clinching win over the Giants.
It’s been raining off and on here at MetLife Stadium, where temperatures are in the 40s.
Romo didn’t wear a glove or a wrap on his injured hand while warming up about two hours before kickoff. His injured hand didn’t appear to be affecting his throws.
Romo reportedly won’t hold for kicker Dan Bailey. That job reportedly will fall to rookie Chris Jones, who will punt for the Cowboys after they placed Mat McBriar on season-ending injured reserve Saturday.
Romo bruised his hand when he hit the helmet of an Eagles defender early in last week’s 20-7 loss.

Romo Uses Left Hand During During Coin Toss Handshake
Tony Romo's right hand was still so swollen before Sunday night's do-or-die game against the New York Giants, he used his left one to shake his opponents hands during the coin toss.
The Dallas Cowboys quarterback's right throwing hand was "swollen from the fingertips to about three or four inches up his wrist," according to NBC Sports broadcaster Chris Collinsworth...
Pressure and contain Romo
Besides stopping the Cowboys rushing attack, the Giants must pressure and contain Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. Romo, an elusive quarterback, is able to improvise on any given play. When pressured, he has a knack for evading a pass rush. When flushed out of the pocket, Romo makes plays. Here is a few videos showing his out of pocket prowess against the Giants:

Tony Romo Zonked On Vicodin During His Introduction
Sometimes the best part of Sunday Night Football are the terrible introductions. Well, Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys definitely popped some pills for that swollen hand before he did his introduction while also wearing his hat backwards in full douchebag fashion. Someone tell me how this guy got with Jessica Simpson. Victor Cruz of the New York Giants scored an insane touchdown...
Cowboys didn't deserve playoff bid
The Cowboys' season ended Sunday night after a 31-14 loss to the New York Giants.
Here are my thoughts on Dallas' eighth and final loss of the season.
1.) Let's be honest, the Cowboys didn't make the playoffs because they didn't deserve to make the playoffs. The defense couldn't stop anybody, the running game was only above average when DeMarco Murray was...

Sunday’s 10 NFL Commandments: Thou Shalt Remember These Things
Things We (Re)Learned This Sunday
The Jets season is officially over. Their performance did show us something. Many things. Many bad, bad things. The loss was illuminating, but it revealed plenty we already knew. In fact, there were many universal laws of NFL nature that were confirmed this Sunday. We hold these truths to be self evident…according to us.

Predictions About Cowboys-Giants Do Not All Spell Doom
The Cowboys fans I know the best are not optimistic about Sunday’s game against the Giants. I am not optimistic about the Sunday’s game against the Giants. I expected plenty of others to feel the same way.
Most commentators, including nearly everyone with NFL Network and ESPN, have picked the Giants.
As it turns out, though, both of the major Internet simulators have...

NFC Least Championship
There were three games this season that KSK live blogged that didn’t turn out to be complete disasters: the Saints-Packers opener, Bears-Eagles in early November and, finally and perhaps most spectacularly, the first meeting between the Giants and Cowboys that featured Tony Romo diving into his own end zone for a safety and ended with Jason Pierre-Paul...
