Some massive news coming out of Flowery Branch this morning, as James Pearce Jr. — who was arrested for aggravated battery, aggravated stalking, resisting arrest, and several other charges — could see all of them dismissed if he completes a program offered by the state of Florida, according to Andy Slater of Fox Sports South Florida.
