This dynamic play-maker from little known University of Mount Union, the same school that Pierre Garcon went to, is having the best year for a Jaguars wide receiver in seven years. He is currently at 49 catches for 925 yards and seven touchdowns. The last time Jacksonville has had production like that, was by a guy named Jimmy Smith.
