The Jacksonville Jaguars placed defensive end Aaron Kampman on injured reserve Friday.
Kampman has been sidelined for the last four games with a hamstring injury.
The 32-year-old Kampman also missed considerable time with a knee injury earlier in the season. He played in three contests in 2011 and did not record a tackle.
Since signing his four-year, $24 million deal in March 2010, Kampman will have appeared in just 11 of 32 possible games at this season's conclusion.
