The Jacksonville Jaguars placed defensive end Matt Roth and cornerback Ashton Youboty on injured reserve Monday. Roth has been sidelined with a concussion, while Youboty is nursing an ailing hamstring. The Jaguars have been decimated by injuries, sending 31 players to IR.
