The Jaguars placed left guard Mike Brewster on injured reserve today because of a broken left hand he sustained Dec. 2 at Buffalo.
Brewster, an undrafted rookie free agent from Ohio State, started seven games, including six in a row after taking over the position from veteran Eben Britton.
Brewster was called for three penalties this year, including a chop-block call against Indianapolis the league later told the Jaguars was the incorrect call.
Running back Keith Toston will take Brewsters roster spot.
Toston was waived before Week 1, re-signed Oct. 23 and waived Oct. 30. Source: Florida Times Union Attached Thumbnails
