The Jaguars promoted running back Richard Murphy from the practice squad Saturday and waived fullback Will Ta’ufo’ou. Murphy, who spent the last five weeks on the practice squad, will back up Rashad Jennings and Montell Owens if active Sunday at Buffalo.
