Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio said WR Troy Williamson has "stepped it up" in camp. Williamson, who missed last season with a torn muscle in his shoulder, says he is "100 percent." He added that he's getting into the flow of playing again. It's pretty safe to say that Williamson has been quite a bust since being drafted seventh overall in the 2005 NFL draft by the Vikings. He has yet to use his speed to be able to stretch a defense, has had a bad case of the drops in his NFL career and injuries have also been a big problem.
