As Jaguars training camp approaches, there will be many of guys fighting for jobs. There will be plenty of camp battles, and plenty of cuts made. A lot of guys will go home saddened, and disappointed that their hard work and efforts was not merely enough. There will be plenty of storylines to follow this summer, and Jaguars 101 will have it covered.
I recently asked senior writer John Oehser of Jaguars.com what kind of shot he felt young receiver Brian Robiskie had of making the Jaguars final roster. This was his response:
"I think he has a real chance – a better chance than many think. He’s certainly not discussed much, but the Jaguars like him and Mike Mularkey has talked a lot about his consistency. He may have to beat out Lee Evans to do it, but it’s probably too early to talk about specifically who he’ll have to beat out. That should shake out in training camp and preseason."
