Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts was a full practice participant Wednesday after having missed his last two games due to a lingering concussion. Shorts did not play in Week 14 and was a bit of a surprise in his return in Week 15. He caught six passes for 101 yards Sunday against Miami, his fourth game with at least 100 receiving yards. Shorts' breakout season continues in New England next week.
